Transfer learning : 기존에 pretrained weights 를그대로 가져온다. 해당 weight 업데이트 안함, 그러나 heads를 붙일경우 heads만 training은 가능.(finetuning 이라고 안함)
Finetuning: pretrained model 가져와서 weigts update 다시 진행.
