Transistor principal

I may understand its working principal finally. But I'm not sure.

A transistor has two features.

1. Amplifier

: I was confused with a direct current circuit. As we add many batteries, we can raise the voltage and current. But the transistor is different from it. The transistor is dealing with the current flowing current. And it tries to amplify the current.

As you add more transistors(including batteries), you can amplify the current more and more.

For example, there's a given weak signal(current), you can amplify it and analyze it easier.

2. Switching

: You can handle the big current with the small current.
