I have spend much time for understanding this paper. The core concept is an average image. Why id this average image needed? It's because this kind of meta image could be used for categorizing convenience and efficiency. When you search for an image, google shows you images as not categorized. But when you use this technique, you can find images which are categorized.

 

And as you edit the average images, you can find images for the edited one. This paper introduce a tool which provides many convwnient features such as making average image by automatic and manually, editing, and real time image updating work.
