Test automation이란 용어는 많이 사용되고 시도되지만 사실 매우 모호한 의미를 가지고 있다. 강의자는 Context 기반의 Test Automation 전략을 정의해 나아갈 것을 권고한다.(?)

강의자는 Context를 4가지로 분류하여 설명한다. 하지만 이에 대해서 다소 이해를 못한 듯 하여 자세한 설명은 하지 않으련다. 관심있게 본 것은 Context기반의 분석을 바탕으로 구현의 단위를 어떻게 나누어서 가져갈 수 있는지였다. 이에 대해서 6가지로 아래와 같이 분류한다.
