nowadays' concern

Yesterday, Mr. Seo said my first rate evaluator Mr. Kim gave me the lowest score. And he asked how I thought about that. I answered it's unfair rate and I would bring up the case. He asked I would work hard for photo project. Why did he give me such a bad rate? I agree someone should have that score. As I showed visible work result and prepared for necessary certificate, I didn't think it's me. He might think I was not in a urgent risky situation. If so, did his royal man under his command Mr. Ha receive the same score who is in the same situation. I think it's not fair rating. But on a way to the company, I thought much. The rating depends on the superior wholly. And he might disappointed that I didn't follow him from sometime. OK. I agree. But I have the right to raise different opinion about a unfair something.
